Social Croquet Play
Croquet is ideal as a social outing for business or social groups.
The Clubhouse and three lawns can be hired for sole use, usually on weekends.
Good quality Mallets and Balls are provided free of charge.
Covered footwear is advised for safety.
Activities are not really suitable for very young children.
A session lasts for around three hours.
Volunteers from the club would need to be on hand to set up the lawns and provide some guidance about how the game is played.
Clubhouse for Meetings, Small Events and Interest Groups
The Clubhouse is available for daytime meeting groups, and interest groups such as mahjong, computer pals, card games, art classes, etc.
Provision can be made for small group lunches.
Bookings can be on a casual or permanent basis.
Clubhouse Facilities
- Gas BBQ.
- Indoor and outdoor furniture.
- Full kitchen – complete with dishwasher, microwave, two electric ovens, electric cooktop, fridge, crockery, cutlery, glasses and serving equipment.
- Air conditioning.
- Overhead fans.
- Ladies’ Toilet and Gents’ Toilet.
